We don't have a service dog available to apply for now. This page is updated when the next dog is available to apply for. It’s about two to three times a year (but we don’t know ahead of time what those dates will be).

Notes:

• While there is an income-based sliding-scale fee because that policy keeps the process sustainable, scholarships (up to 100%) are available.
• If you are a disabled veteran in Minnesota, have a dog with a CGC certificate, and wish to train your dog to be a service dog to help you with your disability, consider applying for our new pilot program.
