Lack of funding currently prevents Pawsitivity from expanding.
Since our foundation in 2012, Pawsitivity has become economically sustainable and earned the highest rating by the Charities Review Council for accountability and transparency. With our current levels of donations and fundraising, we have enough to train several high-quality service dogs each year. Unfortunately, the demand for our services is much greater than our current output (we get about 200 applications for each dog). However, without an endowment or promises of continued funding, Pawsitivity can't expand. Each year, we must fundraise to keep our doors open to help underserved populations such as children with autism.
Our CPA-reviewed financials, plus Pawsitivity's upcoming third-party impact evaluation, all prove how Pawsitivity is transparent, accountable, and effective. These numbers show how you, too, can help keep Pawsitivity's award-winning program running. If you believe in Pawsitivity's mission, please consider donating. With enough funding, we could even expand to help more dogs and more people!
