Donate in honor of or in memory of a veteran

We are a service dog nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to training service dogs for veterans with PTSD and other disabilities. PTSD is the "signature injury" of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars in part because the impact of an IUD often doesn't kill, but instead, causes a traumatic brain injury and then post-traumatic stress disorder. PTSD is a physical change in the brain, and according to a recent study by the Veterans Administration, service dogs dramatically help these veterans, bringing them independence, helping reduce suicidal ideation, and reducing the need for medication. This gift in honor of someone you love is a direct, concrete way of dramatically changing the lives of military veterans. By donating in honor or in memory of a veteran, you will be helping change the life of U.S. military veterans.
