Practicing at the airport

Practicing tethering at the airport. In this case: Palmer’s girl’s mom is in control of this autism service dog because she has Palmer’s leash, while Palmer’s girl holds onto a leash (which is also attach to her belt), but it’s merely attached to the back of Palmer’s vest. This procedure reduces the tendency for Palmer’s girl to “bolt” or “elope.”
