We went to Home Depot and Menards today, and Grady did a great job with everything!

We said a blessing for Grady, and now he and Tom are on their way to California, where Grady will officially begin working as a service dog with his boy!

Grady and his boy at Children’s Hospital today!

We took Daniel along on a walking tour of downtown St. Paul this afternoon. It was a wonderful training opportunity, and he did great! We got to practice lots of heeling, stopping, and waiting; had to maneuver within a group of people; he had to ignore kids, dogs, dropped food, some loud vehicles, and lots of other distractions; and he even got to watch a model train and meet a mascot! Then he got to cool off with a dip in a kiddie pool. Great job, Daniel!
