We are at Camp Dogwood in Wisconsin for the next few days with Daniel and Quinn (our pet dog). Daniel got to swim in the lake today, which he loved! We’ll get to take lots of great classes while we’re here, so it’s a wonderful training opportunity (and also lots of fun!).

We had a big field all to ourselves this morning, so Daniel and Quinn got to play fetch, and we worked on recalls. Then the hot dogs got to cool off in the lake. Even though Daniel has been doing well with recalls, because we’re in a new place (Camp Dogwood) with a lot of strong distractions we are keeping him on a long lead, just to be safe. He’s also getting a lot of great practice being calm around other dogs!
